Responsibilities:  Administration of hearing/balance related testing, hearing aid fitting and repairs, ear/hearing products and accessories, infant hearing screening.

Pam Deemer, Receptionist
Responsibilities:  Schedules patient appointments and arranges follow up testing and treatments.

Deborah Denard, M.A.,  Audiologist
Responsibilities:  Administration of special  hearing related programs. 

Eileen Kosor, M.B.A., Office Manager
Responsibilities:  Manages medical office and handles issues of billing, insurance and collection. 

Cindy Monyok, Medical Assistant
Responsibilities:  Assists the doctor during examinations and treatments, scheduling and pre-certification of surgeries.
